The Balm Mary-Lou manizer
This highlighter is one of my faves! Especially since it's from the drugstore. I got mine at Duane Reade. It's a little on the pricy side to be in a "Drugstore" but ever since I purchased this item, I fell in LOVE! The highlighter has a champagne shimmer to it. It's the most gorgeous thing I've ever tried. And trust me- A little goes a long way, unless you're extra like me. When it comes to highlighting, I'm always over the top, and love to look "Dewy." It's my favorite thing to do when I put makeup on myself and on my clients.
Pros:
- It's a very big compact (0.3 oz)
- Oil and Paraban free
- Very Pigmented
- Lasts a while
- Beautiful design on the packaging, Very cute & Chic!
- Photographs beautifully
Cons:
- Since it's Pigmented, it can be a little flakey. Other than that, use with a light hand
- If you drop it, it can break easily
- Packaging (okay)
Overall, This product works wonders for me. It's a Holy Grail of mine and has been since last year. I have two mary loumanizers, because my first one shattered. My heart broke into pieces but, It's an amazing highlighter and I believe it's a dupe for MACS Mineralize Skin Finish in "Soft & Gentle."
